Thanks Paul. In some parts of the world, they use the tall flower strategy.

The tall flower strategy occurs when one flower in a group is that is taller than the rest. You chop it off at the base to make it the same.

In life, some use the same approach. Those who reach for their dreams are chopped down to ensure they fit with the rest.

I can't agree with you more, Doug. Many people in the office like to climb on the shouders of their own mates to reach higher. This is called the short head strategy which sounds more or less the sams as red flower. They seem to have an edge when they step on the head of their mate to reach higer levels or even the top, paying little attention to what damage they have done. At the end of the day when things got the verdict and judgment hangs they normally pay several times more for another dream come untrue.
