4. Supporting by favorite prices from our suppliers, our company successfully won 3 LED Traffic Message Sign tenders at the end of 2008 and beginning of 2009. The company survives from threat of closing down by headquarter in Netherlands because of low output.
5. The lead time of product put into production was shortened within 3 months instead of more than 1 year;
6. Based on Chinese favorite export tax refund polity, by founding export procedure in the operation, the 17% value-added tax (VAT) can be refund after export. It highly increases the profits ratio of the company.
7. Successfully leading the controller development project management. This project involves 15 hardware and software engineers located in Shenzhen, Shanghai, Netherlands and Belgium. By founding qualified LED development sub-contractor, the project started from March with planning, task allocation, coordination and improvement. In July the controller is successfully hand over to overseas application.
