Mr. Hichem ELLOUMI is graduated from “l’école polytechnique de Paris” and from SUPELEC France. He is Chairman and CEO of COFICAB, one of the major Tunisian group. COFICAB is operating in several countries in Europe and North Africa. He is also member of the National committee of The Tunisian Union for Industry, Commerce and Handicrafts (UTICA) and President of the Tunisian National Electrical and electronics Federation.
Thematic panel moderator: Mr Moncef CHEIKHROUHOU Mr. Moncef CHEIKHROUHOU is a full-time Professor affiliate of Managerial Economics and International Finance at HEC School of Management, Paris. Professor Cheikhrouhou's interests include Economics, Financial, Strategic and Educational implications of multinational projects. More specifically, he is interested in the establishment of strategic alliances between the European Union and the emerging world mainly around the European area. Throughout his career, Professor Cheikhrouhou has been teaching in various schools and universities. In his qualities of Founder and of Chief Executive, he has been active in institution and investment bank building and financial institutions management. He is also member of the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations.
Offshoring workshop moderator: Mr Houssem JEMILI Mr. Houssem JEMILI is an international expert in the field of service outsourcing and Business Process Outsourcing. Houssem Jemili had significant experience as an analyst and developer at Siemens before joining the international consulting firm McKinsey in 2001 where he is currently Associate Principal. Mr. Jemili is the author of publications and contributions in the field of offshoring and participated in several international conferences in the economic field.
Inland areas workshop moderator: Mr Marouane ABASSI Mr. Marouane ABASSI is Professor at IHEC - Carthage (Higher Institute of Business Studies) and a senior economist with the World Bank. His interests include several economic areas of particular concern to trade exchanges, the study of the impact of free trade zones as well as business and strategic intelligence. Mr. Abassi has mentored several dissertations and economic studies and contributed to numerous reports and studies on the international business environment.
