Good morning!Dear Mohamed
This is A Rahman, Managing Director of Sakiantex Limited. We are in readymade garments business. We have come to understanding that we need one strategic business partner to meet the too much competition in this sector to meet the challenges of big competitors at local and abroad. Having a partner will strengthen company’s existing capacity. We would like to offer our proposals in different ways as below:
In fact, it is an open proposal.
Option 1. You may use our Office (solely for your Office) as your station to look after your order and get support from our staff or you may even appoint officers yourself and in such case you may cost for everything around US $5000/= per month. No agents will to be required in this case for your order supervision or garments selection.
Option 2. You may buy share from 50% of the company which will cost US $ 23000/= or 100% for US $ 46000/=(Though I prefer to have at least 25% share of the company-but not obligatory). Office Description: Fully furnished on a floor of 1400sq feet in Baridhara, DOHS, an elite area, with all logistic equipments like 3 air conditions, 1 dell laptop, 8 computers, one printer, 7 work stations, a conference table, one presidential table, two executive tables, 3 Presidential Chairs, 5 semi-presidential chairs, 17 executive chairs, two file cabinets, one book self, four show case for samples, one three seated sofa, one Panasonic oven, one fridge, 6 fans, curtains, one water filter and 95% of all are from OTOBI (If you work in Bangladesh, you should have idea about OTOBI brand standard and these furniture which were bought in less than one and half year), internet line, one land phone, IPS for power, some paintings, all kitchen utensils along with all logistics. (Just to add- one private car not owned by company but I use it for Office purpose). You may send someone to see us or you may come to see everything physically.
Option 3. You may work with us with first option for few months and after that if you develop some ideas, ways, trust then you may consider for second option or any other proposal which you may think rational and appropriate or you may continue with first option.
Option 4. Considering above options, you may give us your own proposal.
