Provides Legal counsel and guidance in the ordinary and special activities of Company’s China
Coordination of legal resource within legal department and through external counsel on a cost effective efficient and timely basis.
Integration of Group strategy to individual business units’ requirements, generation options and advising business managers accordingly.
Liaising with General Counsel, Stuttgart on a regular basis together with other colleagues in a central legal function, on both strategic and operational legal issues.
Carrying out the duties of the Company Secretary to companies in the PRC and Hong Kong in a timely and efficient manner to comply with the regulatory requirements.
