Summary

Management of Talent Acquisition Partners as well as the support of programs and policies of Bluegreen Corporation’s enterprise talent acquisition operation. Execution of effective candidate generation, interview management processes, and on-boarding. Provide input to the HR Leadership Team to support the development and implementation of ancillary talent acquisition programs including, but not limited to, college recruitment, systems and technologies, employment branding, diversity initiatives, colleague referral program, performance reporting and budgeting.
